Compass Needle: Compass needles respond to magnetic fields. Place between one and fifty compass needles in the simulation window. The orientations of needles at placement are random, unless the simulator is in Run mode and magnetic field sources are present. Compass needles align themselves with magnetic field lines and thereby reveal field structure.
