Linear Light Source: To place the linear light source, click at the point above the central axis where you want the top of the object to appear. The new linear source is centered on the central axis. When the Select button is pressed, you can move and resize the linear source. You can attach light rays and light sprays to a linear source. An alternative view of this object is available.

In its Properties Box, you can change the linear source's brightness to one of three options: high (default), low, and off.
