Fourier Combiner Tool: A Fourier combiner receives signals from between one and seven input devices (sound sources, microphones, branch boxes, or additional Fourier combiners). It combines the signals by summing their Fourier transforms. Then it sends the combined signal to one output device (a wave measurement tool, the tape recorder, a branch box, or another Fourier combiner). Thus, a Fourier combiner is normally wired to between two and eight other objects. You may place between one and three Fourier combiners anywhere in the simulation window. |
